Ilankumaran is Head of Operations and he has highly accomplished and versatile engineering professional with over 25 years of experience in design and build projects across India, the GCC countries (including Bahrain), and Singapore. His career is marked by a strong focus on steel structures, civil works, and special projects, as well as an impressive ability to adapt across sectors and regions.
He has played a leading role in the successful execution of a wide range of turnkey projects, including: Industrial Facilities, Commercial and High-Rise Buildings, Infrastructure Works, Interior Fit-Outs, Automotive Plants, Audiovisual-Integrated Projects.
Ilankumaran possesses deep expertise in both structural and architectural execution, including interior fit-out works for commercial and institutional buildings. His experience covers the full spectrum from design coordination and material selection to MEP integration, finishes, and client handover. His involvement in high-rise building construction has equipped him with specialized knowledge in vertical logistics, structural stability, façade engineering, and complex safety systems.
He has contributed to key developments such as roadworks, utilities coordination, heavy foundation works, and site development—consistently ensuring regulatory compliance and high standards of quality and sustainability. In addition to his core construction capabilities,. Automobile Industry Infrastructure – understanding of automotive plant layouts, steel structure requirements, and production-based facility design.
